1. Enroll in the Course

If you haven’t already done so, please enroll in the course by clicking the Back to Course button below.

2. Sign Up for the Webinar

IMPORTANT: Registration for the webinar is not automated when purchasing the course. Once enrolled, you will receive an email with instructions on how to register for the webinar. Follow these instructions carefully. The webinar system is called Demio. Once you have registered on Demio, you will receive confirmation and reminder emails directly from Demio. Look for these in your inbox, spam, junk, etc. folders.

2. During the Webinar

Be attentive, take notes, and ask questions in the chat. This will prepare you for the quiz. When the webinar ends, return here to complete the evaluation and take the CE quiz.

3. Evaluation Section:

After completing the webinar, return to this site and find an evaluation form. This will be hidden until after the webinar ends. Fill out the form and click “Submit.” Once you’ve done that, click “Mark Complete” to move on to the quiz section.

4. CE Quiz

The quiz will be hidden until after the webinar. Please be advised that if there are many attendees and everyone comes back to this site after the webinar simultaneously, the site may significantly slow down or time out. You have 48 hours to return to the site and take the quiz. The quiz is timed and consists of 4 questions. You must pass with a score of 75% to get your CE Certificate. You will have a total of three attempts at the quiz. If you don’t pass after the third attempt, you have failed the course and will not be issued a certificate. There are no extra chances permitted.

Completing all parts of the course and passing the quiz will earn you a completion certificate. This certificate can be found on your dashboard as a button with the date you completed the course. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!

5. Use of Technology on this Website and the Webinar Site

While WiFi is commonly used, it can sometimes be prone to fluctuations and interruptions, which can potentially affect the quality of your learning sessions.

To enhance your experience and minimize the risk of disruptions, we strongly recommend connecting to the internet via a hard-wired system (Ethernet cable) on a desktop or laptop. This will provide a more stable and consistent connection, reducing the likelihood of buffering or video playback issues. Mobile devices and notebooks may experience difficulties.

It’s important to note that while we strive to provide an optimal learning environment, we are not responsible for individual computer problems. We recommend ensuring that your device is in good working condition and meets the technical requirements for accessing our course materials.

Now, mark this lesson as complete. All sections must be marked complete, or you will not receive your certificate of completion.
