Notice To First-Time RADT Applicants: Do Not take this course unless you have been explicitly directed by CCAPP Staff to do so.

This course is no longer available for new enrollments. If your RADT has expired, contact CCAPP Credentialing.

Please note that will you have a total of three attempts to pass each quiz in this course. If you don’t pass any quiz on the third try, then you have not passed the course; you’ll need to enroll in another orientation course with a CCAPP-approved provider. We do not have a retake option at this time.
